What is the sitter allowed to do in my home?
Exactly what you agree in writing beforehand — which rooms, which duties, which utilities. The agreement is confirmed on WhatsApp before the stay begins, and the daily check-ins hold everyone to it.
Can they handle a problem, like a leak or a break-in attempt?
They flag it to you immediately with photos, secure what can safely be secured, and we coordinate next steps with you — tradesmen quotes, police report, whatever the situation needs. You decide; we execute.
